Getting a estimate was easy I set up my appointment online, James gave me a call and did the estimate on the day we setup. The estimate was sent back to me a couple days later the price was the best by far of any roof replacement estimate I received. James told me to contact him if I had any questions, he was easy to get in touch with and it put me at ease about the whole process. They showed up and completed the entire roof by the time I got off work. If you need a new roof make sure to contact Monarch roofing for an estimate. The quality price and service can't be beat.

Sometimes when you know there's a problem it's good to know James and the crew at monarch make it work out! My roof was battered by several storms stripping away shingles over the past year. James worked with the insurance and their adjuster about county codes and requirements. Everything happened beyond my expectations. Called Monarch on a Friday morning about a leak in bathroom ceiling after a very intense rain & wind storm. James came out in less than two hours & determined what was the probable cause and made the repair a few days later. We've had a couple of heavy rains since and the repair appears to be holding with no evidence of leaking. Great job at a reasonable price.

He was punctual and answered all of my questions during the quote process regarding the materials and installation. He made sure I understood the timeline and knew what to expect on the installation day. His team arrived on time and ensured my unique needs were addressed for the delivery and installation. The finished product looks awesome, drip edge fits nicely, corners are squared, vents look great and the edges of the shingles line up straight on the sides uniformly. We can't say enough about the wonderful and professional job James and his crew of 5 did on our garage roof. We contacted James last week, as I discovered a small leak while pulling some Christmas decorations out. James showed up that night to assess our concerns and gave us a quote the next morning, and he was here in 5 days to completely tear off and replace our roof on our 24 x 24 garage. They completed the entire job in less than 2 hours, from tear off to completing the last ridge cap, and left our property cleaner than before they arrived. I had the pleasure of working with Monarch Roofing recently, and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. They installed a brand-new roof for my upper house, back porch, and garage, using Owens Corning Duration asphalt architectural shingles. Additionally, they installed new gutters and downspouts, which transformed the overall look and functionality of my home.

Monarch Roofing impressed me from the get-go with their exceptional service. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all my questions and concerns. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from our initial interactions, and after reaching out to over 20 roofing contractors and personally meeting with 15 of them, I knew I had made the right choice by hiring Monarch to do the job.

The installation process was a testament to their expertise and craftsmanship. In just one day, they completed a full tear-off of the old roof, conducted a thorough inspection, and expertly installed the new one. The following morning, they returned to put the finishing touches, displaying remarkable efficiency, skill and craftmanship.

On the third day of the project, when they returned to install rain gutters on the upper roof, the Monarch crew inadvertently started to remove the gutters from the lower roof believing the job to include a full gutter replacement. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail during and after the installation was exceptional. When Monarch Roofing completed the job, it was as if they had never been there – except for the remarkable transformation they brought to my home. The new roof, rain gutters, and downspouts all looked fantastic, and they left the premises impeccably clean.

He had the quote back to us by the next day. I was leaving for work on the morning of the install, as Hunter (the crew leader) was pulling in the driveway. By the time I got home at 4:30 PM, they had stripped and replaced the entire roof, cleaned up and were gone. Our roof has quite a few hips and valleys, not the easiest roof to replace. Needless to say, it looked perfect, and to this day I still haven't found one nail in my yard. I highly recommend Monarch Roofing...

I would highly recommend Monarch Roofing to anyone. I had a very large branch come down on my roof during a storm, which damaged a couple of shingles and some flashing and gutter. The owner David came out to provide an estimate within 24hrs of calling, and he was knowledgeable, professional and extremely reasonably priced. The replacement shingles and other repairs were done quickly and actually ended up costing a bit less than originally quoted, which I feel like never happens. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Monarch and will use them again in the future.

We had Monarch roofing recently replace our old leaking roof. I must say the Company was very professional from beginning to end and the entire job was done in one day and thoroughly. David also helped us with insurance and answer all of our questions. Great company, great work.

I received a call from Monarch Roofing and Construction on the 11th of January, saying that they would be installing my new roof on the 14th of January. David said, "we'll be delivering the roofing materials on Thursday". When I returned home from work on the 13th, the materials were there. He phoned me Friday morning at 10:30 am to tell me that they were almost done with the roof, and that they were about to install the gutters. When I returned home, I was amazed at how beautiful my new roof and gutters are. It only took them one half day to complete. And if it wasn't for the fact that I know I have a new roof and gutters, I wouldn't be able to tell that they had been on my property at all. They did an immaculate job cleaning up, to boot. Their prices can't be beat. Professional, Reliable, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Honest....I could go on and on, but I think you know what I implying. I will absolutely use Monarch Roofing and Construction for any future projects I may have. And definitely recommend them for yours too. You won't be disappointed.

Call these guys...I shopped for what seemed like forever for a new roof. I dealt with one cheesy sales guy after another, all with their own version of the same pitch. I called Monarch and got the exact opposite. I spoke with Dave, one of the owners as I recall. He didn't lay on a thick pitch or tell me why I HAD to go with him. He simply answered my questions in a polite and respectful way, and scheduled my estimate. On the Day of the estimate, Dave arrived 15 minutes early. It was really nice just kind of chatting with a real person as he took my measurements and took notes. He worked up some numbers (which blew everyone else's out of the water) and we shook on it. Two weeks later and I had a new roof. The process couldn't have been simpler. Save yourself the headache and support local business at the same time. You definitely won't regret working with these guys.

We used Monarch to replace the roof and install gutters on a rental property we own. Very responsive and helpful. Roof looks great. Quick and very easy to deal with!

Called Monarch roofing due to a leak at 9pm. Since it wasn't raining they came out the next day. They assessed the entire roof and found the shingles were good but the flashing was warped a bit because the nails were never caulked. They removed and replaced all the nails and recaulked everything. They aren't just out to put a new roof on everything, they're looking out for the best interest of the homeowner. We will definitely be calling them when we need a new roof or if we have another leak.
