Contacted Monarch Roofing based off a quick google search of roofing companies in my area. Dave was very quick to respond and set up an appointment to conduct an inspection. Monarch was the only company to identify and tell me about 1/2in plywood that I already had on an addition and that it didn’t need to be replaced which saved me a few thousand dollars compared to other companies that wanted to do a complete tear off and replacement of all the plywood. The company showed up on the scheduled day with Dave greeting me and explaining how the project was going to progress. The crew was friendly and diligent in their work. The roof was removed down to the trusses and re-installed in one day. They even re-did the shed covering my well pump with the leftover plywood and shingles. Despite a few sleeves of nails found in the yard and around the deck the clean-up was very thorough. At the end of the job Dave returned to go over the final product and ensure I was happy with it. It’s nice to know I don’t have to worry about my roof before the winter season hits. Thank you to Monarch Roofing for their business and professionalism throughout the project.

Monarch Roofing was absolutely fantastic. They came for a quote within 2 days of calling. Upon arriving, they took pictures and video of my current roof problems, told me how to fix it, and gave me a more than reasonable quote that I could pass up. Others were quote hundreds more. More importantly, they weren't pushy to replace my roof. They respected that I wanted to just fix what was there and they agreed that it was a reasonable solution. I was told they would be out in two weeks to fix my roof, but they were out by the end of the week. The looks better than the original work with proof of the pictures and everything was sealed up properly this time. I am very satisfied with the work completed and will most certainly be back if I have more problems with my old roof.

It was time to replace our roof. I looked around and got a few estimates before deciding to go with Monarch Roofing. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. David was fantastic to work with, honest, and made figuring out what we needed super easy. And, they were able to work with our timeline, which was essentially to get the job done ASAP. It was literally three days from when we signed the contract to when the roof was complete. The crew showed up as scheduled, took great care in ensuring our landscaping was protected, and completed the work exactly as expected in one day. Everyone was polite and worked hard. But, the reason Monarch set itself apart, is because of how they did the little things as a natural part of their character. They suggested we paint the vent pipes black and then did it. They made sure all the trim and flashing looked neat and professional, not just slapped on quickly. They fixed many of the smaller, sometimes cosmetic things that were the result of a below average roof install 25 years ago. They used high quality materials in every aspect and all within a very reasonable and fair cost estimate. It was all hands on deck during the clean up process without anyone being told what to do. They checked and double checked the entire area around the house for any debris. We love the new roof on our house and can’t thank Monarch Roofing enough for the great work!

Monarch Roofing exceeded all expectations! We originally started working with a roofing company recommended by the insurance company, but it just seemed like they were trying to do minimal repairs. We decided to get a second opinion and are so glad we found Monarch! From their first visit, they were professional and cared about making sure our roof was done right. They went the extra step of determining if our existing shingles were still available, and provided invaluable feedback for discussions with the insurance company once it was determined they aren't. At the end of the day we would have gotten a substandard replacement had it not been for Monarch Roofing and their expertise. Work completed 3/2024: Best contractor experience I've had in 10+years of working with a General Contractor &/or Sub's. Owner involved, walked roofing project w/homeowner at start, during and after, reviewing scope of project, possible concerns, progress. Took/shared photo's of areas I could not see and brought any hidden issues to my attention immediately once project in-progress. Took extra pains to protect new landscaping from tromping by work boots or falling debris. Work crew was efficient, unobtrusive and industrious. No cell phone distractions, no loud music, no chatter. AMAZING work ethic whether owner was on site or not. Good pre-job design support WRT sharing shingle samples, photos, etc of other Eastern Shore Monarch jobs so I could select perfect product, color and application. Site cleanup excellent. Monarch actually tidied up work site disarray of supplies, siding remnants etc left by General Contractor before even starting job and actually removed considerable amount small pieces of GC debris along with the roofing debris when they did the final vacuuming/sweeping clean up. Others could learn from Monarch.

Monarch roofing is a top-notch, high quality contractor. Their team produced an estimate in a timely manner, successfully interacted with the insurance company and scheduled the installation of the roof within one week.

On the day of the installation they showed up first thing in the morning, got immediately to work, took a short break for lunch and finished by 3pm. They did an outstanding job with clean up, the entire property was thoroughly cleaned, swept for nails and left no evidence that they were even there. The quality of the work was second to none, the roof looks beautiful.

Very easy to deal with James came over to look at my house to give initial estimate and told me that he thought we could get it covered under insurance, fast forward after contacting insurance they sent out independent adjuster James meet him there as I had to work. Very easy doing business with them. We called for estimate and David came over. He gave us an estimate and said they could start the next day. They arrived early in the morning and before I knew it they had the old roof torn off!! Shingles everywhere. They put the new roof on and it looks spectacular. By the way, by the time they left in Afternoon, there wasn't a single piece of shingle or debris left in the yard. Would highly recommend them.

Getting a estimate was easy I set up my appointment online, James gave me a call and did the estimate on the day we setup. The estimate was sent back to me a couple days later the price was the best by far of any roof replacement estimate I received. James told me to contact him if I had any questions, he was easy to get in touch with and it put me at ease about the whole process. Sometimes when you know there's a problem it's good to know James and the crew at monarch make it work out! My roof was battered by several storms stripping away shingles over the past year. James worked with the insurance and their adjuster about county codes and requirements. Everything happened beyond my expectations. Called Monarch on a Friday morning about a leak in bathroom ceiling after a very intense rain & wind storm. James came out in less than two hours & determined what was the probable cause and made the repair a few days later. We've had a couple of heavy rains since and the repair appears to be holding with no evidence of leaking. Great job at a reasonable price.

He was punctual and answered all of my questions during the quote process regarding the materials and installation. We can't say enough about the wonderful and professional job James and his crew of 5 did on our garage roof. We contacted James last week, as I discovered a small leak while pulling some Christmas decorations out. James showed up that night to assess our concerns and gave us a quote the next morning, and he was here in 5 days to completely tear off and replace our roof on our 24 x 24 garage. They completed the entire job in less than 2 hours, from tear off to completing the last ridge cap, and left our property cleaner than before they arrived. I had the pleasure of working with Monarch Roofing recently, and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. They installed a brand-new roof for my upper house, back porch, and garage, using Owens Corning Duration asphalt architectural shingles. Additionally, they installed new gutters and downspouts, which transformed the overall look and functionality of my home.

Monarch Roofing impressed me from the get-go with their exceptional service. They were incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all my questions and concerns. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident from our initial interactions, and after reaching out to over 20 roofing contractors and personally meeting with 15 of them, I knew I had made the right choice by hiring Monarch to do the job.

The installation process was a testament to their expertise and craftsmanship. In just one day, they completed a full tear-off of the old roof, conducted a thorough inspection, and expertly installed the new one. The following morning, they returned to put the finishing touches, displaying remarkable efficiency, skill and craftmanship.

On the third day of the project, when they returned to install rain gutters on the upper roof, the Monarch crew inadvertently started to remove the gutters from the lower roof believing the job to include a full gutter replacement. When Monarch Roofing completed the job, it was as if they had never been there – except for the remarkable transformation they brought to my home. The new roof, rain gutters, and downspouts all looked fantastic, and they left the premises impeccably clean.

He had the quote back to us by the next day. I was leaving for work on the morning of the install, as Hunter (the crew leader) was pulling in the driveway. By the time I got home at 4:30 PM, they had stripped and replaced the entire roof, cleaned up and were gone. Our roof has quite a few hips and valleys, not the easiest roof to replace.
