Monarch Roofing was quick with responding to our free estimate for a new roof. They were very professional, did a great job, was on time, and did a great job on clean up. I am very happy with our roof and would refer Monarch Roofing to all of my friends and family members.

This company did what another wouldn't with a repair on a steep roof. They also got it done before any rain. No complaints. UPDATE Don't waste your time calling any other company. David with Monarch roofing went above and beyond in getting my roof replaced and kept me informed through the process and delivered a beautiful new roof that was installed right and in 1 day. Do not hesitate to call Monarch for all your roofing needs!!

Contacted Monarch for a suspected roof leak. He came out same day to take a look. Fortunately I didn't have a roofing issue but he pointed me in the right direction and I appreciated the honesty and responsiveness. Would gladly recommend to anyone.

Monarch did a excellent job from start to finish. David came out to look at our roof for a replacement quote. He was very professional and a seemed to be a likeable guy. He had the quote back to us by the next day. I was leaving for work on the morning of the install, as Hunter (the crew leader) was pulling in the driveway. By the time I got home at 4:30 PM, they had stripped and replaced the entire roof, cleaned up and were gone. Our roof has quite a few hips and valleys, not the easiest roof to replace. Needless to say, it looked perfect, and to this day I still haven't found one nail in my yard. I highly recommend Monarch Roofing...

I would highly recommend Monarch Roofing to anyone. I had a very large branch come down on my roof during a storm, which damaged a couple of shingles and some flashing and gutter. The owner David came out to provide an estimate within 24hrs of calling, and he was knowledgeable, professional and extremely reasonably priced. The replacement shingles and other repairs were done quickly and actually ended up costing a bit less than originally quoted, which I feel like never happens. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with Monarch and will use them again in the future.

The owner came out multiple times prior to the installation to ensure we were getting exactly what we were looking for, and spent hours inspecting after the installation. We had multiple estimates prior to Monarch, but we really felt like we were being taken care of when they came out. The installation itself was smooth and methodical. Overall, Monarch Roofing provided a great service!

Used this company after a tree branch damaged a section of my roof. Very customer friendly company, explained the process and how each step was going to happen so I knew what was going on the entire time.
Monarch Roofing just put up a new our new roof and gutters. I could not have asked for a more professional or harder working team. From tear down to clean-up, they were meticulous in their work under some pretty tough weather conditions (It was a hot one). Roof looks great and all the neighbors are asking about it. I would also like to recognize David Burtis. Customer focused and patient. He made sure every aspect of the job was perfectly accomplished.

David, the owner, came out the same day I called him and inspected my roof after a wind and rain storm that caused water to leak through my kitchen ceiling. He came back two days later to repair the issue in a timely and cost effective manner. Highly recommended.

We had Monarch roofing recently replace our old leaking roof. I must say the Company was very professional from beginning to end and the entire job was done in one day and thoroughly. David also helped us with insurance and answer all of our questions. Great company, great work.
I received a call from Monarch Roofing and Construction on the 11th of January, saying that they would be installing my new roof on the 14th of January. David said, "we'll be delivering the roofing materials on Thursday". When I returned home from work on the 13th, the materials were there. He phoned me Friday morning at 10:30 am to tell me that they were almost done with the roof, and that they were about to install the gutters. When I returned home, I was amazed at how beautiful my new roof and gutters are. It only took them one half day to complete. And if it wasn't for the fact that I know I have a new roof and gutters, I wouldn't be able to tell that they had been on my property at all. They did an immaculate job cleaning up, to boot. Their prices can't be beat. Professional, Reliable, Knowledgeable, Courteous, Honest....I could go on and on, but I think you know what I implying. I will absolutely use Monarch Roofing and Construction for any future projects I may have. And definitely recommend them for yours too. You won't be disappointed.

Call these guys...I shopped for what seemed like forever for a new roof. I dealt with one cheesy sales guy after another, all with their own version of the same pitch. I called Monarch and got the exact opposite. I spoke with Dave, one of the owners as I recall. He didn't lay on a thick pitch or tell me why I HAD to go with him. He simply answered my questions in a polite and respectful way, and scheduled my estimate. On the Day of the estimate, Dave arrived 15 minutes early. It was really nice just kind of chatting with a real person as he took my measurements and took notes. He worked up some numbers (which blew everyone else's out of the water) and we shook on it. Two weeks later and I had a new roof. The process couldn't have been simpler. Save yourself the headache and support local business at the same time. You definitely won't regret working with these guys.

We used Monarch to replace the roof and install gutters on a rental property we own. Very responsive and helpful. Roof looks great. Quick and very easy to deal with!
Called Monarch roofing due to a leak at 9pm. Since it wasn't raining they came out the next day. They assessed the entire roof and found the shingles were good but the flashing was warped a bit because the nails were never caulked. They removed and replaced all the nails and recaulked everything. They aren't just out to put a new roof on everything, they're looking out for the best interest of the homeowner. We will definitely be calling them when we need a new roof or if we have another leak.
We used Monarch Roofing & Construction to get our roof replaced. They were very helpful and professional. They helped us to file the insurance claim for the storm damage and did a really good job on the roof. We are very happy with the outcome and we highly recommend this company to anyone.
Dave and Josh with Monarch Roofing are fantastic. I reached out to quite a few companies for quotes on my new roof, and Monarch blew me away with their price and responsiveness. They gave me a fantastic deal and had me scheduled for installation less than two weeks after I gave them the go ahead. I had my roof done yesterday and everything went seamlessly. The crew arrived promptly at 7am and within ten minutes, shingles were flying. By 4pm, I had a new roof on both my house and garage, and the crew had packed up and left. They're crazy fast. I HIGHLY recommend Monarch. Great experience.
